摘要
目的 :观察参知健脑方对拟血管性痴呆大鼠海马CA1区神经细胞的保护作用。方法 :反复闭、通大鼠双侧颈总动脉同时腹腔注射硝普钠制造拟血管性痴呆大鼠模型 ,通过HE和尼氏体染色比较使用大、中、小剂量参知健脑方治疗后的海马CA1区细胞形态学改变和细胞数目。结果 :模型组海马CA1区细胞数明显减少 ,应用参知健脑方能减轻海马CA1区的损伤。参知健脑方大、中剂量组的细胞数量与小剂量组相比有明显改善。
Aim:Observe the effection of SHENZHIJIANNAOFANG to protect the cells in the CA1 district in hippocampus of the vascular dementia rats.Method:Make model by repeated bilateral occlusion of the communis carotis arteria and inject Natrii Nitroprus sidum intraperitoneally.Treat the rats with large、middle、small dose of SHENZHIJIANNAOFANG.Observe the number of cells in the CA1 district in hippocampus through HE and Nissils dying hippocampus.Result:The model rats number of cells in the CA1 district in hippocampus decreased.SHENZHIJIANNAOFANG could decrease the injure to the the CA1 district in hippocampus.The rats in the groups of large and middle dose of SHENZHIJIANNAOFANG have more cells in the CA1 district in hippocampus than those in the group of small dose.
