通过阐述欧洲原料奶付款系统,介绍了欧洲一些国家决定原料奶价格的参数,包括乳脂、乳蛋白、细菌总数、体细胞数、抗生素、冰点、季节等,以及这些参数的奖罚措施,并从中分析了国内按质论价体系与国外的差别。

This paper discussed the system of payment for raw milk and expatiated on parameter of price calculated in Europe. We particularly introduced the cost parameter about raw milk, including milk fat, milk protein, bacteria counts, somatic cell counts, antibiotics, freezing point, season, et al. some countries in Europe. We analyzed the differences of calculating price according to quality in homeland and Europe.
