开放教育的特征与人才培养目标决定了班主任工作的重要地位,开放教育的理念赋予班主任工作以新的内涵,开放教育的新生性又要求大家不断探索班主任工作的规律。本文试图从必要性、工作内容和策略三方面就加强开放教育班主任工作做些探讨。

The characteristics of open education and aim of talents cultivation determine the important status of teacher's, whose duty is charge of the class. And the theory of open education give the his or her job a new intension. But the nes - student character requires us to explore constantly on the new rule in the job of teacher in charge of the class. This essay is trying to explore something new on the improvement of teacher in charge of class from three aspects: the necessity, the content of the job and strategy.
