摘要
介绍了一种用单片机控制的微秒级多路时序信号发生器的实现方法。该装置外围器件少,输出路数多,可以在线下载波形,具有很高的性价比。该发生器已经在皮秒级激光光解瞬态吸收光谱装置中得到应用,也可以作为微秒级多路时序信号发生器用于其他场合。
A new method of microsecond timing generator controlled by microprocessor is introduced in this article. With less periphery components, more output channels, and ability of online timing table download, the device has high performance and low price. It has been used as a key component in a laser photolysis facility and can be used in other fields.
