摘要
介绍了北京同步辐射装置中能 X 射线光束线(BSRF-3B3)中的压弯聚焦镜;在分析重力带来的面形误差的基础上,给出了重力平衡的方法;建立了修正前和修正后的柱面镜面形误差的数学模型,并通过优化计算,找出了最佳平衡力的作用点和大小。实施重力平衡后,压弯泵系统自重引起的面形误差可以大大减小。
The bent focusing mirror used in BSRF-3B3 intermediate-energy X ray beamline is introduced. The method of gravity compensation is presented based on the analysis of slope error caused by gravity. The mathematics model of the error is built. The best position and value of the equilibrant are calculated through optimizing. The slope error is reduced greatly after the equilibrant is imposed properly.
