在新疆除了玄奘的足迹,除了迷人的古楼兰等遗址外,最使我好奇的,就是塔里木盆地里的塔克拉玛干大沙漠了。这个沙漠,是全世界第二大沙漠,仅次于非洲的撒哈拉大沙漠,总面积有三个浙江省那么大。

As the second largest shifting sand desert in the world,the Taklimakan Desert, which is also known as the'Sea of Death',has defied countless numbers of explorers and travelers.Despite this,notable Dream of the Red Chamber scholar Feng Qiyong,traversed the vast desert expanse twice at the advanced age of 76 and 82 years old,respectively, recording the breadth of its majestic and exceptional landscape.
