受传统影响,我国企业培训存在一些弊端。利用模式方法来研究培训是一条有效途径。文章分析了我国企业培训存在的问题,培训模式改革的背景,在此基础上提出了我国企业培训模式改革的思路。
In China,trainings of enterprisese have some disadvantages due to tradition.Research on the models of enterprise is a useful way.The article analyses disadvantages and the epoch background,and on the basis of these,proposes the new thoughts of our countrys enterprise training models.
