本文在总结成人高等教育发展历程的基础上，探讨了医学成人高等教育面临的机遇和挑战，阐述了更新教育观念在整个教育管理过程中的重要性，针对教育管理内容巾的几个方面进行了探讨，提出了相关建议。自在更好的促进医学成人高等教育发展，提高医学成人高等教育的教学质量和社会服务能力。
Based on summarizing the developing process of adult higher education,this article inquires into the opportunities and challenges that medical adult higher education faces,and elaborates the importance of renewing educational concepts in the whole process of educational management.It brings up related suggestions after studying a few aspects of educational management and shows the purpose on the better promotion of the medical adult higher educational development and improvement of teaching qualities and the ability of serving the society.
