摘要
高等函授教育有其显著的特点，而函授教育质量是其成长的生长素，可持续发展是高等函授教育的根本目标。本文对高等函授教育的基本特点、高等函授教育质量进行了描述，并对推动我国高等函授教育可持续发展提出了若干想法和建议。
Higher correspondence education has marked characteristics:the quality of education is its growth element and sustainable development is its fundamental object.This paper describes basic characteristics and quality of education on higher correspondence education,and then presents some policies and proposals on sustainable development of higer correspondence education.
