摘要
本文主要分析了成人在英语阅读中产生心理障碍的三个原因：生词过多，缺乏背景知识和不注重阅读技能的训练，并提出了相应的解决对策，如：引导他们利用有效手段扩大词汇量，指导他们利用已知信息提高理解能力和训练他们掌握各种阅读技能。
In the paper,the author mainly analyzes three causes resulting in students psychological barriers to reading English:meeting too many new words,lacking background knowledge,ignoring reading skills,and also proposes some possible solutions.
