学校人力资源开发管理既具有战略意义,又具有现实意义。通过制定规划、建立学习型组织、开展培训、实施激励等可以实现学校人力资源开发管理的目的。
The exploition and management of schools' manpower resources have strategical and practical significance. This purpose can be achieved by laying down programs,forming study-typed organization,developing training, and giving stimulation.
