论高校扩招高收费的负面影响

On the Negative Effect of Increased Enrollment and Overcharging Students

本文认为,由于高校扩招是以经济效能为出发点的教育政策,教育成本的分摊,高校收费的泡沫化,使高校扩招成为扩大居民贫富差距的重要因素。笔者从教育学、经济学和社会学的角度分析了扩招后,实行高校高收费政策的一些消极影响,并为消除这些消极影响提出了一些新的设想。

The paper argues that the increased enrollment is the educational policy on the basis of the economic benefit and that the share of educational cost and the bublization of higher education fee contribute to the wide gap between the rich and the poor. From the educational, economic and sociological perspectives, the paper also discusses the negative effect of the adoption of the increased enrollment policy and sets forth some new ideas to eliminate such effect.
