摘要
本文针对沪深股市非流通股如何流通这一重要现实问题,提出了采用阶段式并轨方式的一种具体方案,并从理论上对此进行了分析阐述。
The paper puts forward a detailed scheme to unite the circulation of non-negotiable stocks in Shanghai and Shenzhen markets. Some theoretical considerations of this scheme is also presented in this paper.
