房地产专业人才培养分析及教学改革探讨

An Analysis of Cultivating the Real Estate Professionals and Some Discussion of Its Teaching Innovation

高校要根据学科的发展特点,结合社会和地区对人才的需求,在改革和创新中发展。本文从研究我国房地产行业发展、房地产专业教育特点及国内外专业教育情况出发,将学科设置特点与云南省人才需求相结合,展示了我校工程管理专业房地产方向的发展前景,并对其人才培养及教学改革提出建议。

In light of the development of real estate industry and its professional features both at home and abroad, the paper presents the prospect of the real estate major in our university that is established in accordance with the demand for such talents in Yunnan and further puts forward some proposals concerning the cultivation of such talents and its teaching innovation.
