本文立足于每个人的自由发展是属于反映社会主义、共产主义社会的本质的内容 ,指出了苏联社会主义的三个方面的经验教训 :应将个人发展当作社会主义建设的核心原则来贯彻 ,为广大人民群众的个人发展提供充分的物质基础和制度保障 ;应从有利于个人发展的角度更好地理解生产资料公有制 ;应从促进个人发展的视角更好地理解计划经济。

This paper bases a foothold on the view that the free development of each is the content which mirrors the essence of the socialism and the communism, puts forwards that, the Sovied Union’s experience and lesson embodies three respects: First, we’d take individual development as the core principle of socialism; Second, we'd get a better understanding to public ownership from the angle advantageous advantageous to the individual development; Last, we’d get a better understanding of planned economy from the angle advantageous to the individual development.
