正常人门静脉血流动力学的脉冲多普勒超声测定

摘要 采用脉冲多普勒超声测定了50例正常人的门静脉血流动力学。门静脉直径为1.19±0.12cm;门静脉截面积为1.13±0.21cm^2;门静脉血流速度为15.29±2.45cm/s;门静脉血流量为1022.57±193.70ml/min。男女组间存在差异,未发现存在年龄差异。门静脉直径、门静脉截面积与体重存在中度正相关(r=0.60,P<0.01;r=0.63,P<0.01)。作者认为该技术迅速、准确、无创、可重复,具有良好的临床应用价值。 Portal hemodynamics was measured by Pulsed Doppler system in 50 normal subjects. The results showed that the diameter of portal vein was 1.19 +0.12cm, the crosssectional area of portal vein was 1.13+0.21cm, the velocity and the volume of portal venous blood flow were 15.29 +2.45cm /s and 1022.57+ 193.70ml/min respectively. There was differece between the male and female, but no difference was found in different age.The diameter and the cross-sectional area of portal vein were significantly related to the body weight ( r=0.60, P<0,01j r = 0.63, P<0.01; respectively ) . We believe that this technique has fine value in clinical use, because it is rapid, accurate, noninjurious and repeatable.
