摘要
本文分析18例颈淋巴结清扫术的临床资料,讨论了颈淋巴结清扫术的手术指征、并发症,及其在喉癌及下咽癌根治中的重要性。
The clinical materials of neck dissection incorporated in the surgical treatment of 18 cases of laryngeal and hxpopharyngeal carcinomas are summarized in this paper. The indications and postoperative complications of this procedure are discussed.
