摘要
研究了可移植性T细胞白血病模型(L_(7212))在不同剂量紫外线照射后的微核变化,发现该模型对紫外线敏感,当紫外线剂量为45×10^(-7)J/S.mm^(-2)时,其微核细胞率、微核率均高于对照组(P<0.005),并且剂量—效应曲线呈Y=a+blgx(P<0.01)。此外,研究还揭示胞质分裂阻断微核法比常规培养法灵敏(P<0.005)。
The transplantable moude T lymphocVtic leukemic model L7212 was irradidted with various doses of ultraviolet light (UVL). The results showed that the model was sensitive to UVL. Microncleated cell frequency and raicronucleus frequency were higher than that of the control ( P<0.005) when the dose of UVL reached 45x10-7J/Smm-2. The regressive equation of the dose-effect curve conforms to the exponential function A= a+blgX(P<0.01). Another fact was that cytokinesis-block microncleus method is more sensitive than the cultural method.
