双腔右心室的术前诊断、术中识辨和手术处理

TWO CHAMBERED RIGHT VENTRICLE: ITS PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS, RECOGNITION DURING OPERATION AND SURGIBAL TREATMENT

双腔右心室是一种少见的心脏病。该病的病理解剖改变是异常肌束所造成的右心室梗阻。术前正确诊断往往很困难,有时外科医师在切开心脏后还不能认识到本病的存在。本文就术前诊断、术中识辨和手术进行了讨论。

One case of two-chambered ventricle is reported in this article. It is a rare type of heart disease. The pathoanatomy of this disease is the obstruction of right ventricle by aberrent muscular bands. Correct diagnosis is often difficult to make preoperatively. Sometimes the surgeon fails to recognize the presence of the disease even when the heart has been opened and hence, the consequence of the surgery is of course poor. In this paper, the authors focus on discussing the preoperative diagnosis, recognization during operation and surgfcal treatment of the condition.
