摘要
1989年11月至1991年12月采用左腋下切口、胸膜外途径结扎未闭动脉导管21例,无1例死亡。文中就手术适应征,手术方法及该手术具有创口小,美观,出血少,有利于保护肺功能等优点进行阐述。
From Dec 1989 to Dec 1992, 21 cases of patent ductus arterious were treated by ligation through the extrapleural approach and left subaxillary incision, no one died. The paper focus on the discussion of the indication and the method of the operation and other advantige such as concealed wound, few bleeding and faourable for protecting pulmonary function.
