摘要
本文报告2例较罕见的直肠重复畸形。复习文献,提出本病多以合并症就诊,以肛瘘为多,手术原则以消除、减轻症状为主,以经肛门途径剥除重复的内衬粘膜为首选。
Two uncommon cases of rectal duplication are reported in this paper and the relevant literature is reviewed. The most common presenting sign is a perianal or anal fistula. Other presenting signs include obstruction or prolapse caused by a rectal mass. Concomitant infection and rectal bleeding are not uncommon. Surgical approaches should be judged according to the location of the malformation; transanal excision is of first choice, others include transcoccygeal incision and posterior sagittal approach.
