摘要
总结了8例挤压伤综合征横纹肌坏死引起急性肾功能衰竭应用血浆置换加血液滤过或透析治疗的经验。血浆置换可迅速清除肌红蛋白及其他肾脏损害因子,血滤或血液透析可清除K^+、P^(+++)、Mg^(++)及酸性代谢产物,改善机体内环境,减轻肌体水肿,避免肌体缺血性坏死及切开皮肤减压。8例病人都成功治疗了急性肾功能衰竭,患肢得到康复。
In this article, the authors sum up their experience in using plasma exchange and hemodialysis or hemofilter to treat 8 cases of acute renal failure due to traumatic rhabdomyoiysis. Plasma exchange can rapidly remove myoglobin and nephrotoxicity factors. Hemodialysis and hemofilter remove K\P+++,Mg++ and acidity factors,restore homeostasis and reduce the edema in limbs. The 8 patients were successfully cured of acute renal failure and their limbs' function fully recorered.
