摘要
利用离体家兔低氧性肺血管收缩(HPV)模型等方法,研究不同浓度氟烷对低氧性肺血管收缩的影响,并和单纯低氧组比较,结果表明氟烷抑制HPV与剂量相关。因此,当病人存在全肺或局部肺泡缺氧时应用氟烷会加重低氧血症。
In this experiment, the isolated lung model of rabbit was used to study the effect of halothane on the production of hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstric-tion ( HPV ) . The results showed the HPV in halothane group differed significantly from that in the control and the response of hypoxic pulmonary vaso-constriction could be inhibted by halothane in dose-related manner.
