山茱萸中熊果酸提取工艺研究进展

Research Progress on Extraction Process of Ursolic Acid from Fructus Corni

对山茱萸中熊果酸提取方法的研究进展状况进行了综述,并将超临界二氧化碳萃取方法与传统溶剂的提取方法进行了比较。结果表明,在熊果酸提取率基本相同的前提下,超临界二氧化碳提取方法不仅可以实现清洁生产,而且易于实现工业化,是一种具有良好应用前景的提取方法。

The research progress of extraction methods of ursolic acid from fructus corni are summarized and supercritical extraction method is compared with traditional solvent method. The results indicate that, in the premise of the same yield of ursolic acid, supercritical carbon dioxide extraction not only can realize the clean production, but also is easy to industrialization. So, it is an extraction method with good prospect of application.
