摘要
以腈纶纤维为起始原料,经乙二胺预交联后,以DMF作溶剂与硫化钠反应,合成了一种硫代酰胺功能基可达6.8mmol/g干纤维的螯合功能纤维,其对贵金属金、银离子具有良好的吸附性能。探讨了溶剂、物质的量比以及时间、pH值等对反应产物的影响,并利用红外光谱、硫含量测定等手段对这种功能纤维的结构进行了初步确定。
A new chelating fiber containing thioamide group is synthesized by cross-linking of polyacrylonitrile(PAN) fiber with ethylene-dimine and following with chemical modification with sodium sulfide using DMF as solvent. The influences of solvent, molar ratio of reactants ,reaction temperature and pH value on reaction product are discussed. The structure of the chelating fiber is characterized by infrared spectra and determination of S content. The adsorption capacities of metal ions such as Au^(3+), Ag^+, Pb^(2+),Hg^(2+),Cu^(2+),Cd^(2+) etc. are determined.
