实现传统建筑的改造性再利用——广州上下九商业街区的保护对策

论述了广州市上下九商业街在改造与建设过程中产生的问题,即高架桥严重影响商业环境、建筑的无序更新破坏传统的生活环境、缺乏完善的商业设施。提出改善高架桥周边的商业环境、建立控制到尺度级的城市规划导则,指导建筑有序更新,实现传统建筑的改造性再利用。

The paper is analyzing the problems of protection of Shangxiajiu shopping area. That is, commercial environment is affected by viaduct, traditional life surroundings are demolished by the disorder of building renewal, and commercial equipment is lacking. Hence, improving the commercial environment around viaduct, building the city plan of controlling the scale to guide the building renewal in order, and reusing the old buildings with rebuilding are proposed to create comfortable public space and to add experiences to revival old city.
