城市绿化工程管理模式的探索与实践

分类评述了建设工程中平行承发包、设计和施工总分包、项目总承包、项目总承包管理四种主要的管理模式。系统阐述了我国目前城市绿化工程管理模式及其缺陷。论证了项目总承包模式对确保绿化工程质量的现实意义,并提出建设性意见。

The author comments four kinds of main management modes in construction project classifying: the parallel contract, design-construct lump-sum contract, project total contract, and project total contract management. And the author also explains the management mode and defect of the urban greening project at present in our country systematically. At last, author expounds the immediate meanings of the project total contract in guaranteeing the quality of the landscape engineering, and proposes constructive suggestions at the same time.
