The foundation of the important ideology of the ' Three-representing' principle is the achievement in the development of our party's conscious rationality in power. It shows that our party has transformed from 'revolutionary thoughts ' to 'thoughts in power' in the mode of thoughts,from 'unified leadership' to 'functionary leadership' in the mode of ruling,from 'rule by men' to 'rule by law' in mode of leading.
