猪淋巴细胞周期的研究

STUDIES ON PORCINE LYMPHOCYTE CELL CYCLE

本文以BrdU-Giemsa法分析了猪的外周血淋巴细胞周期。结果表明,猪淋巴细胞周期时长为15.7小时,其中S期为7.6小时,M期为0.6小时,G_1期为0.5小时,G_2期为7.0小时;猪的淋巴细胞随着在体外培养时间加长,其分裂周期有缩短的趋势;被转化的猪淋巴细胞在体外的存活时间大约为3～4天。

Porcine lymphocyte cell cycle was analysed with the BrdU-Giemsa method for demonstrating sister chromatid differential staining. The results showed that the lymphocyte cell cycle time was 15.7 hr., the length of the S, M, G1 and G2 phases were 7.6, 0.6, 0.5 and 7.0 hr. respectively; There was a shortening trend for the duration of the cell cycle along with the prolonging of the lymphocyte culture time in vitro; The living time of the transformated porcine lymphocyte in vitro was about 3 to 4 days.
