摘要
通过超细粉碎和低温烧结工艺.制造成了具有高电压梯度的ZnO变阻器.本文简要报告高电压梯度的ZnO变阻器的制造工艺和性能.
The ZnO varistors with high voltage gradient were fabricated by superfine crushing and low temperature sintering process. This paper briefly reported the fabrication process and performances of ZnO varistors with high voltage gradient.
