利用Lab View实现泥泵实验台的参数测量与采集

LabView-based Parameter Measuring and Data Acquisition System for Slurry Pump Test Stand

介绍了泥泵实验台的参数测量与采集系统,运用LabView语言编制了系统的信号采集与处理软件.实际运行表明,系统不但具有良好的实时性而且抗干扰能力强,并能对315kw变频器、电动机、泥泵机组进行远程监控,确保泥泵实验台的安全运行.

This paper briefly introduces the parameter measuring and data acquisition system of the slurry pump test stand in which the acquisition and process softwore is programmed by using LabView language. Actual operations show that the data- acquisition system works well for real- time measurement with high anti- disturbance ability. The system can also remotely control the 315 kw unit,consisting of a frequency converter,an electric motor and the slurry pump,which guarantees the safety operation of the stand.
