鸡胃的副交感节前神经元和感觉神经元的定位——HRP法研究

LOCALIZATION OF THE PARASYMPATHETICAL PREGANGLIONIC NEURONS AND THE SENSORY NEURONS OF CHICKEN STOMACH BY MEANS OF RETROGRADE TRANSPORT OF HRP

本文用HRP法研究了鸡胃的副交感节前神经元和感觉神经元的定位,结果如下:1.将HRP注入腺胃左侧壁后,标记的感觉神经元位于双侧颈静脉神经节和远神经节,以颈静脉神经节占优势(63.2％);标记的运动神经元位于双侧迷走神经背侧运动核的大细胞亚核后部、中间小细胞亚核和腹侧小细胞亚核前部,在多形细胞亚核及疑核内也出现少数标记细胞。2.将HRP注入肌胃左侧壁后,标记的感觉神经元位于双侧颈静脉神经节和远神经节,以远神经节占优势(93.8％);标记的运动神经元位于双侧大细胞亚核、多形细胞亚核和腹侧小细胞亚核后部。实验结果表明,鸡胃的副交感节前神经元在迷走神经背侧运动核内的分布有局部定位关系,而感觉神经元在感觉神经节内呈弥散分布。

Localization of the parasympathetical preganglionic neurons and the sensory neurons of chicken stomach was investigated in this study. The resuits are as follows; 1. Following injection of HRP (horseradish peroxidase) into the proventriculus, the labelled sensory neurons were seen bilaterally in the jugular and distal ganglia, with the majority in the jugular ganglia (63.2%), and the labelled motoneurons bilaterally in the caudal parts of the magnocellular subnuclei (MC), the intermedial parvicellular subnuclei (IPC) and the cranial parts of the ventral parvicellular subnuclei (VPC), with the minority in the heterocellular subnuclei (HC) and the ambiguous nucleus. 2. The labelled sensory neurons were found bilaterally in the jugular and distal ganglia, with the majority in the distal ganglia (93.8%), and the labelled motoneurons bilaterally in the MC, the HC and the caudal parts of the VPC after injection of HRP into the gizzard. The results show that there is the topographical distribution of the parasympathetical preganglionic neurons of chicken stomach in the DMN (dorsal motor nucleus of the vagus nerve) and the scattered distribution of the sensory neurons in the jugular and distal ganglia.
