摘要
通过对八例健康黄牛和健康水牛胆囊的比较组织学观察,我们发现,牛胆囊中以颈部粘膜皱襞明显,体部渐平坦,底部最少。粘膜上皮为单层柱状上皮,内有少量杯状细胞,大部分胆囊可见有淋巴滤泡,但是在血管周围未见淋巴细胞和异染细胞的浸润,证明滤泡的形成与胆囊感染无关。这种淋巴滤泡在黄牛胆囊中较多,水牛胆囊仅见一例。在黄牛和水牛胆囊中,均有腺体存在,黄牛的腺体明显多于水牛。腺体分为浆液腺、粘液腺和混合腺。老龄牛胆囊中腺体有增殖现象。水牛胆囊的肌层明显厚于黄牛,老龄牛肌层有结缔组织形成,且弹力纤维丰富。浆膜由结缔组织构成。
Through the comparative histologic observation of gallbladders from eight healthy yellow cattle and six water buffalos, we found that the creases of the mucous membrane in the cervix were obvious. The creases in the middle were smooth, but rare in the bottom. The mucous membrane was composed of columnar epithelium, there were a few goblet cells in it. In most gallbladders lympho-follidles were found, but there were no lymphocytes and heterophils around the blood vessels. This was an evidence that there was no inflammation in the tissue. The lympho-follicles were common in the gallbladders of yellow cattle and only one case was found in water buffalo's.
Both the yellow cattle and water buffalos had glands, the former had more glands than the latter. The glands could be divided into serous, muous and mixed glands. The glands proliferated in old cattle. The tunica muscularis in water buffalo's gallbladders was more thick than the yellow cattle. There was connective tissue formation and elastic fiber in the tunica muscularis of old ones. The tunica serosa was composed of loose connective tissue.
