摘要
介绍了国内外果蔬加工业发展趋势和我国目前发展现状中存在的主要问题,分析了制约我国果蔬加工业发展的主要矛盾,并指出我国果蔬加工业的发展目标和关键领域。
It's introduced the processing industry of fruit and vegetable's domestic and abroad trend, Chinese present situation and the major problems are exist at the present, the major contradictions to restrict its development were analyzed, and the developing objective and critical yields of Chinese processing industry of fruit and vegetable were pointed out in this paper.
