摘要
对可食性复合保鲜膜的种类、材料特性(如机械性能、透气性、隔水性能等)和保鲜效果进行阐述,并着重介绍了壳聚糖复合保鲜膜的研究动态。
The kinds, material characteristics (such as mechanical performance, permeability, water resistance and so on) and preservation effect of compound edible coating are summarized in this article. Especially the research situation of chitosan compound preservation coating is introduced.
