摘要
对中晚熟甜樱桃品种先锋进行了自发气调穴MAP雪贮藏试验,包括采收成熟度、塑料包装材料、包装方式选择以及贮藏温度研究。研究结果表明,该品种8成熟为最佳采收期,最佳贮藏温度为(-1±0.5)℃。PE0.02mm密封包装为最佳微气调材料与包装方式。
The technique of MAP storage was studied in Pioneer cherry, which was late ripe and main current specie in shandong province, including maturity of picking, package material of plastics, methods selection for package and storage temperatures. The results showed the best picking maturity of this specie was eight tenths, best suitable storage temperature was (-1±0.5 )℃.The best methods and material for MA storage were A-1, C-1.
