摘要
涂膜的保护寿命不仅是涂料涂装工作者关心的重要问题,更是腐蚀防护科学家研究的重要课题。20世纪以来,不少科学家就涂膜的保护寿命提出了许多假设,并形成了一个个学术流派。日本著名防腐蚀专家山本隆博士就是其中之一。本文对山本隆博士的涂膜保护寿命预测理论作了简要介绍。山本隆博士认为,被涂金属生锈面积达5%的时间为涂膜的保护寿命。山本隆博士根据他提出的假设推导出自然状态下和电解作用下涂膜保护寿命预测的公式,并在日本临海研究所和我国大庆油田及四川油田进行了现场实验与观察研究。
The coating' s protect lifetime is not only the important question for painting workers,but also for the erode- defending scientists.From the 20th century,many scientists have given a lot of assumptions about the coating' s defending life and came into several science genre.The Japanese famous erode-defending expert doctor Shanbenlong is one of them. This text briefly introduces about the Shanbenlong doctor' s theory of coating' s defending life.Doctor Shanbenlong has considered that the time of painted metal's rust area reaching 5 % is the coating' s defending life.Doctor Shanbenlong according his assumption deduced the coating' s defending life forecast formula in nature and electrolyse,and did local ex- periement and observe research in Japan Facing Sea institution,in the Daqing oil field in our country and in the Sichuan oil field.
