From the National Representative's Congress to the National Policy Forum-the Changes of the Policy-making mechanism of British Labor Party and the Evaluation

1997年英国工党在大选中获胜后,决策机制发生了重大变化,由党的全国代表大会方式转变为全国政策论坛程序。其目的是让更多的普通党员参与到党的政策制定过程中,建立一个包容的、民主的新工党。

After winning in the election in 1997, the policy-making mechanism of the British Labor Party changed greatly from the mode of the Party's national Representative's congress to the procedure of national policy forum. It aims at letting more ordinary Party members participate in the Party's policy-making process to build a forgiving democratic and new Labor Party.
