Financial Disparity and Adjustment between Regions in Hebei Province

在对河北省地区间财力差异进行实证分析的基础上,对现行转移支付制度平衡河北省地区间财力差异的效应进行了实证性评估,最后提出相关的政策建议。

Due to the financial disparity between regions, some local authorities, especially county and township governments, experience financial difficulties. This is manifested in failure to pay wages and salaries to employees in administrative departments and institutions on time. This is not beneficial to promote the smooth and balanceded economic and social development. Through empirical analysis of the financial disparity between regions,we put forward some countermeasures to adjust the financial disparity between regions and narrow the financial gap between regions.
