摘要 塑料注射成型CAE软件目前的新发展有两个突出的方面:(1)基于表面模型的流动分析.通过引入表面模型取代传统的"中面"模型,突破了原有CAE软件的建模瓶颈.(2)基于知识的CAE分析.将人工智能和专家系统技术充分应用到CAE分析中,指导用户设计初始方案、评价分析结果并在此基础上优化设计,提高了CAE的应用价值和使用效率. There are two great improvements in the development of injection molding simulation: (1) The surface model based simulation. By using the surface model to replace the conventional mid-plane model, the bottleneck of traditional CAE softwares is broken through; (2) The knowledge-based simulation. By taking full advantages of artificial intelligence and expert system technologies in the CAE system, the initialization, evaluation and optimization of designs can be accomplished with the guidance of CAE. This greatly improves the utility and efficiency of CAE.
