摘要 论述了免擦车身清洗剂的研制。运用正交实验法 ,通过表面活性剂、特殊添加剂、助洗剂、溶剂、上光剂、中和剂以及水等原料 ,运用科学、合理的方法 ,设计出A剂、B剂联合配方。使用过程中因无需擦洗不会造成细小的硬污垢划伤车面 ,对车身无损伤 ,清洗上光一次完成 ,清净度达97 %。 This article talks about the developing of cleaning-free detergent for cars.We can design the combined prescription of dose A and dose B by applying scientific experimentation,by using raw materials,such as surface activated,special additive,assistant washing agent,solˉvent,polish,counteract agent,water and so on,and by adopting scientific and reasonable methods.Because of cleaning-free,when the deˉtergent was used,it won t scratch the surface of cars by dirt,so it is harmless to car bodies,cleaning and polishing are finished at the same time,the cleaningˉdegree can reach97%.Nowthis kind of product has been industrialized and used in carˉcleaning factories.
