摘要
以柏拉图法和因果分析法为例,将现代质量管理方法的 原理及技术应用于火腿肠的防霉变控制之中,为产品的 质量控制提供了高效、便捷的理论和决策依据。研究结果 表明,应用现代质量管理方法可以最大限度地保证产品 质量,降低不良品率,经济效益十分显著。
Pareto method and cause & effect diagram method are cited in this paper as examples to illustrate the theory and technology of modern quality management to be applied in the prevention of ham from mould infection. The application provides high efficient and convenient theory and basis of decision for quality control. The result of the study shows that the application of these methods can firmly assure the quality of products and decrease the rate of producing low quality products and a striking economic efficiency is obtainable.
