摘要 介绍了压电免疫传感器的原理、基本构造、固定方法以及 它在食品卫生检测方面的主要应用,以及它在食品领域 的应用展望。 ln this article, the principle, basic constitutes and immobilization methods of piezoelectricity immunosensor are described, and its main applications in the food sanitation analysis are discussed, and application prospect in food field is written.
