With the development of market economy and rapid progress of reform and openness,there appear many corruptions in many fields , while position crime is the most serious corruption among corruptions.Thereby ,currently it is a premise for us to recognize the definition and character of position crimes in economic areas,only by doing so ,can we guard against position crime through political and legal measures.
