The value of attenuation correction in dual-head coincidence imaging

摘要 目的 评价衰减校正 (AC)在1 8F 脱氧葡萄糖 (FDG)符合线路显像中的价值。方法 对圆柱体模型行1 8F FDG符合线路显像 ,进行AC和非衰减校正 (NAC)图像视觉分析和半定量分析比较。结果 AC图像在均匀度和空间分辨率等方面均优于NAC图像 ,并消除了NAC图像中的形变现象。结论 AC可明显改善图像质量。 Objective To assess the value of attenuation correction (AC) in dual-head coincidence imaging. Methods Coincidence gamma camera 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) imaging was performed on a cylindrical phantom. Visual analysis and semiquantitative analysis were performed on AC and non-attenuation correction (NAC) images. Results The equitability and the spatial resolution in AC images were superior to that in NAC images. AC corrected the deformation in NAC images. Conclusion AC increases the image quality.
