论结球白菜营养生长期苗端细胞超微结构

摘要 应用电子显微镜观察白菜苗端细胞的超微结构表明:白菜营养苗端含有原分生组织,一般分生组织和基本组织;而生殖顶端只由一般分生组织和基本组织构成。生殖顶端细胞中出现了大量的同心环状潴泡和晶体结构,这是与营养苗端细胞超微结构上的重大差别,反映了营养苗端和生殖顶端细胞的代谢活动不同。 We have studied the ultrastructural changes in the shoot apex of Brassica campestris ssp. pekinensis(Lour.)Olsson by means of electron microscopy. From the investigation of ultrastructure in the shoot apex, it was shown that the vegetative shoot apex comprises promeristem, general meristem and fundamental tissue. While in the reproductive apex only the latter two ones occured. And it was found that in the cells of reproductive apex there are a great many crystal structures and concentric ringed cisternae,of which only a few are found in the cells of vegetative apex. So the two kinds of apex are not only different in morphology, but also different in physiological metabolic patterns.
