摘要
目的:观察不同剂量粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)治疗急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)化疗抑制期粒细胞下降的效果.方法:总结7~10μg/kg、4~6μg/kg、2~4μg/kg三个G-CSF剂量治疗组和对照组的中性粒细胞绝对数(ANC)由<0.5×109/L恢复至1.5×109/L以上所需要的时间,并将同一剂量的国产与进口剂型间进行比较.结果:7~10μg/kg、4~6μg/kg、2~4μg/kg三个治疗组和对照组的恢复时间分别为(5.04±1.83)d、(5.65±1.74)d、(7.48±2.07)d和(12.26±4.16)d.治疗组ANC上升至1.5 ×109/L以上所需要的天数明显短于对照组,经统计学处理两组间差异有显著意义(P<0.05),而4~6μg/kg组ANC恢复时间与7~10μg/kg组相比,无显著差异(P>0.05);同一剂量的国产与进口剂型间比较,ANC的恢复时间无显著差异(P>0.05).结论:4~6μg/kg的G-CSF剂量较为合适,无须再增加剂量;国产剂型因价格低、疗效与进口剂型相当而尤为合适.
Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effects of different dosages of granulocyte colony stimulating factor (GCSF) in the treatment of chemotherapyinduced myelosuppresson of acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Methods: 112 cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia, whose granulocyte counted less than 0.5×10 9/L, were divided into two groups: 92 cases receiving treatment of GCSF, 24 cases of them treated with 7~10 μg/kg, 32 cases with 4~6 ug/ kg and 36 cases with 2~4 μg/kg in treatment group; 20 cases in the control group treated without GCSF. Results: The average recovering periods of granulocyte of treated with 7~10 μg/kg, 4~6 μg/kg, 2~4 μg/ kg and of control groups were 5.04±1.83 days, 5.65±1.74 days, 7.48±2.07 days and 12.26±4.16 days respectively. The average recovering periods of the treatment groups were obviously shorter than that of the control group, The differences were significant (P < 0.05). There was no statistical difference between 7~10 μg/ kg and 4~6 μg/ kg (P > 0.05). Conclusions: The results showed that 4~6 μg/ kg GCSF is appropriate dose.
