摘要
本文报道我们研制的一种20信道声表面波滤波器组,它有一个输入端,中心在200MHz中频,瞬时带宽100MHz,20个信道输出,每个信道带宽5MHz.各信道的插损为19～20dB,矩形度<2,信道阻带抑制>40dB.器件体积65mm×50mm×13mm,重量<140g.
The present paper reported the first research on SAW filter group with 20 channels. It features an input, center frequency 200MHz. transient bandwidth 100MHz, and an output with 20 channels. The individual channel bandwidth is 5MHz, insertion losses of various channels are 19-20dB, rectangular ratio<2, channel rejection area attenuation>40dB. The filter group device measured only 65mm×50mm×13mm, its weight is less140g.
