摘要
介绍了统计过程控制(SPC)基本原理及工作流程;通过对测控天线中的关键功能器件加工过程实施SPC技术,监控了其过程质量状况,分析了工序能力的大小,验证了工艺方法,取得了较好的效果。
The basic principle and work flow of SPC are introduced in this paper. SPC is applied in manufacturing process of key functional parts of test and control antenna, and its quality status is monitored. Its working procedure capability is analyzed and its technological method is tested. The good result is obtained at last.
