摘要 利用解析方法,本文研究了压电陶瓷厚圆环的耦合振动,分析了圆环的径向振动与厚度振动之间的关系,从理论上推出了决定压电陶瓷圆环耦合振动频谱的频率方程.实验表明,与一维振动理论的结果相比.本文方法得出的结果与实测值更加符合. In this paper, the coupling vibration of piezoelectric ceramic annular resonators was studied. and the relationship between radial and thickness vibration was analyzed. The frequency equation has been derived, which can be used to calculate the resonant frequencies of finite dimension piezoelectric ceramic annular resonators. The experiments show that, compared with the results of one dimensional theory, the resonant frequencies obtained in this paper are in better agreement with the measured results.
